Düzce Chamber Of Commerce & Industry is an occupational establishment having the nature of public legal entities established in 1959, in order to fulfill the common needs of their members, to facilitate such members’ occupational activities, to ensure the development of occupations in line with common benefits, to maintain occupational discipline, ethics and cooperation so as to ensure honesty and trust among their members and in their public relationships, and to perform the services indicated in the Law and the duties that chambers have been conferred by the relevant legislation.

Our Chamber is being managed in the scope of a Quality Management System  (ISO 9001:2015) since 2004 and has been an Accredited Chamber since 2007.

Our Chamber has been entitled to receive “TSE COVID-19 SAFE SERVICE CERTIFICATE” by fulfilling Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) COVID-19 Hygiene Infection Prevention and Control Certification Program in September 2020.

Organizational works in the field of agriculture and trade date back to 1890’s.The foundation of our chamber was realized in 20’th of April 1959 by the mayor of that time,Afer Tütüncüoğlu with his friends İrfan Kazukoğlu,Zekeriya Altan,Mahmut Tekin and Hilmi Kuyumcu.

Today, Duzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry has more than 5.000 members in 11 sectorall groups. We are working for the best for our members with our 26 qualified personnel,9 members of board of directors,31 assembly members and 73 sectoral committee members  in our chamber building located in the city center which was constructed in 2003.

Our Chamber is being represented in Membership in Council of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in TOBB, Membership of the Steering Committee of Economic Development Foundation,Board Membership in East Marmara Development Agency , Board Membership in East Marmara ABİGEM Inc.
